We offer insured global delivery and we prepay Custom Duties to EU Countries and to the United States. If your country is not among our list of 40+ coutries, please contact us so we can provide a personal solution for your case.
Orders are arranged by Delisart and shipped directly from the Creator’s Atelier to guarantee the optimal and fastest service possible. All shipments are fully ensured for the whole value of the product, providing extra care when handling delicate and valuable items with trackable service.
Delivery time will be clearly shown in the product page and may vary from 1 to 10 weeks.
Shipping costs may vary based on the selected country. The price will be clearly displayed along the informations provided for each product and a summary of total shipping costs will be indicated at the check-out before the payment. Custom duties may be subjected to extra taxes charged to the customer.
If you wish to cancel your purchase, you can contact us within 2 working days by the date of your order at [email protected] and we will cancel it and return you the whole sum paid without further fees. If the order has been dispatched or your request of cancellation has been sent after 2 working days, you will need to follow the Returns & Refunds policy as stated below. Please note cancelled orders involving customization will be charged in full if the Bespoke Service has been carried out.
Returns & Refunds
For any reason you can return the product purchased within 14 days from the date you received your order without any fee. Simply contact us at [email protected] and we will guide you through the process.
Please remember that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and that all parcels are sent back with a courier of your choice at your own risk.
Once we have received back the product and confirmed to be in the same original unused condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 3 working days.
Please note that no returns or exchanges will be accepted on Customized Items.
